An interactive guide to the SAFE ecosystem for learning English
Step 1 / 5
Welcome to the SAFE Ecosystem
SAFE is a set of four web apps for English teachers who use the "English only" method. No installation, no student accounts — just share a file.

Everything runs in the browser. Students do not need to register or install anything.
Step 2 / 5
Create Vocabulary in SAFE-GEN
Open SAFE-GEN and build a word list. Add up to 30 items with optional notes.

You can also paste data directly from a spreadsheet — copy two columns (English + Note) and paste them into the first row.
Step 3 / 5
Generate and Save the .json File
When the list is ready, click Generate file. The .json file will download to your computer. Keep it safe — this is what you share with students.

The set is also saved to "Vocabulary sets" in the browser for later editing. Back it up — clearing history will delete it.
Step 4 / 5
Build a Quiz in SAFE-QUIZ-GEN
Open SAFE-QUIZ-GEN. Upload your .json vocabulary file — the words will auto-fill and the notes will become example sentences.

Step 1 / 4
Open SAFE in Your Browser
Your teacher will send you a link to SAFE (and SAFE-QUIZ, if you have a quiz) — by email, LMS, or chat. Nothing to install and no account needed. The app works on mobile, tablet, and desktop.
